We are an 18th century, family-run 17 bedroomed hotel located in the market place of Spalding. Our bar is popular with shoppers in the day time and those looking to socialise on an evening.
We are looking for friendly Chef / Cook to join our team.
Duties will include:- Assisting in the running of the kitchen in the absence of the head chef.
- Ensuring the kitchen meets environmental health standards at all times.
- Keeping your section topped up and thinking ahead.
- Producing consistent food to our guests.
- Be able to cope under pressure.
- Have experience of working in a kitchen either through a pub/restaurant/hotel or takeaway.
- Be a team player and be willing to complete all tasks in the kitchen.
- Have a passion for self-development.
- Want to help drive the business forward.
- Be a great communicator and passionate about the hospitality trade.
- Ideally have experience with Just Eat and/or Deliveroo.
The salary is not listed as this is dependant on the personal experience that you can bring to the role and so is negotiable.
