Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe services is fundamental at the MioCare Group.

The Quality Lead plays a vital role in setting the standard and monitoring quality and compliance, while demonstrating a culture of continuous learning, development and improvement.

You'll lead a small team who provide a range of tools, methods and techniques to Care Quality Commission-regulated services and also non-regulated services, supporting colleagues as they evidence the work they do and the outcomes achieved for and with the people they support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the leadership and management of the Quality Monitoring Officers, ensuring the delivery of an effective, efficient and professional service.
  • You will work with the Quality and Workforce Development Manager to devise audit programmes and to develop tools which support the implementation of the Group’s Quality Assurance Framework.
  • You will monitor quality related recommendations from external sources and consider how learning can be utilised to shape our service delivery.
  • You will be confident in working with various data sets for the purpose of collating information, carrying out data quality checks, identifying themes, trends and next steps and writing reports for a variety of purposes and audiences.
  • You will work with the wider team to produce performance dashboards with a focus on quality, compliance and outcomes for the people we support.

  • You can demonstrate that you have experience of working with a focus on quality, identifying opportunities to help drive continuous improvement.
  • To be able to deliver this role well, you’ll need excellent team-working and interpersonal skills to build productive and effective working relationships with colleagues and external agencies.
  • Highly organised, you’ll have great attention to detail and help to reinforce our high standards.
