We are looking for passionate, caring, and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team in special schools across Walsall. These schools cater to children with a range of special educational needs, including autism, complex learning difficulties, and physical disabilities.

In your new role, you will be pivotal in creating an inclusive learning environment for students, ensuring they receive the individual support they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups with their learning
- Assisting with personal care needs and promoting independence
- Helping students develop their social, emotional, and communication skills
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff to implement tailored lesson plans
- Ensuring the learning environment is safe, supportive, and positive for all students
What We’re Looking For:To thrive in this role, you will have:
- A genuine passion for working with children who have additional needs
- Previous experience supporting children or adults with SEN (preferred but not essential)
- Patience, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of students
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A qualification in Childcare, Supporting Teaching and Learning, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is an advantage
