Clinical Pharmacist Manager
Evolve is seeking a skilled and passionate Clinical Pharmacist Manager to join a renowned provider of private healthcare in the UK.
This exciting opportunity is based at their private hospital in Macclesfield, where you’ll lead a dynamic pharmacy team, champion clinical excellence, and contribute to delivering outstanding patient care.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, working full-time (37.5 hours per week) with shifts from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, plus on-call duties on a rota basis.

What we’re looking for:
GPhC registered Pharmacist
Must have solid hospital experience - This is essential.
Must have some leadership/management experience.
Experience in dealing with Consultants and attending multidisciplinary team meetings.
Role responsibilities for the Clinical Pharmacist Manager:
Provide an exemplary pharmacy service in accordance with current legislation, accepted professional and ethical standards and clinical requirements.
Be responsible for leading, motivating and effectively managing the pharmacy team by providing excellent clinical and managerial leadership.
Provide advice and support to consultants, other clinicians and patients ensuring the safe, appropriate and cost-effective use of medicines.
Advise the hospital and its departments on the safe management of medicines, ensuring compliance with current legislation and professional standards.
Promote a multidisciplinary, patient focused approach to the delivery of an efficient, high quality healthcare service.
