PPP / PFI Contracts Project Manager
Hays Recruitment is seeking a skilled Contractor to support a public sector greenfield project. This role involves working closely with the Assistant Project Director to ensure the project complies with contractual obligations and timelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in PPP/PFI projects, legal and commercial sectors, and managing contracts within the public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Assistant Project Director in ensuring project compliance with contractual obligations and timings.
- Coordinate work against a Project Plan.
- Draft reports and keep documentation and logs up to date.
- Raise and log risks and issues.
- Coordinate meetings and manage paperwork.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in PPP/PFI projects and managing private and public sector stakeholder relationships.
- Strong legal and commercial background.
- Proven experience in the NHS or public sector.
- Expertise in contract management.
