As the first point of contact for service users, carers, health professionals and 3rd party organisations, you will provide a high quality, professional , efficient and responsive administrative support service. Using our electronic patient Record system and Microsoft Office applications you will effectively operate the referral, appointment, discharge and communications systems.
The post is for 22.5 hours a week. The minimum requirement is for 3 days which must include a Tuesday afternoon . However we are happy to discuss at the interview.
The location is The Hub at Mole Business Park but some flexibility is possible and may be discussed at interview.
Main duties of the job
This exciting positions is suitable for someone who is looking for a busy and challenging environment in which to develop and establish effective working relationship; has a passion for supporting the delivery of high-quality services and be proud of their work.
The post holder will be expected to attend our fortnightly Business meetings and Referrals meetings; to work on the outcomes of those meeting with a professional manner.

Qualifications required
Essential criteria- NVQ Level 3 in Business Admin or equivalent experience (3 years)
- Good working knowledge of administrative and secretarial processes e.g. electronic filing systems and formatting documents/reports
- Admin Work exp in Healthcare set up
Experience Required
Essential criteria- 1yr experience working with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft teams.
- Experience handling confidential information
