Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:
- Handle your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish, including:
- Sales & purchases
- Remortgages
- Right to Buy
- Shared ownership
- New build transactions
- Help to Buy mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Use a case management system and digital workflows to manage files efficiently
- Take a proactive approach to improving internal processes and ensuring compliance
- Provide excellent client service and maintain strong professional relationships
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
- Ideally, 2-3+ years PQE in residential property law
- Ability to manage your own caseload independently
- A positive approach to client care, compliance and relationship building
