Contracts Administrator

Pertemps have an exciting opportunity for an organised and hard-working individual to join our busy team in the Sheffield branch as a Contracts Administrator.

Due to the large scale of the contract that you will be supporting with, we are needing someone to work closely with our Commercial Consultant, assisting them with administrative duties such as:

  • Uploading new starters onto the payroll platform
  • Verifying Right to Work documents and getting new starters processed through the vetting portal
  • Inputting hours and scheduling shifts for the following week
  • Managing holidays and absences for workers
  • Answering the phone and directing calls to the appropriate person
  • Updating the tracker with upcoming orders
  • Liaising with local branches when orders have been passed through to us from the client

We are looking for someone who possesses the ability to perform well with the above duties, as well as someone who is:

  • Organised and reliable
  • Has previous administrative experience
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to adapt and learn new things quickly
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines

For this role, we are looking for someone who has a Full UK Driving Licence and access to their own transport.

Working Hours, Salary and Other Information:

  • You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm so 40 hours per week.
  • This role is being offered on a Permanent basis, with the salary ranging from £25,000 - £27,000 per year, based on experience.
  • You will be based in the office full-time, which is located in Chapeltown, S35 2PG.
