Upto £26,500 Dependant on Experience +Bonus

As aTechnical Sales Advisor basedin Truro, Cornwall, (TF1 2XN) , you'll beresponsiblefor:

• Being apoint of contact for customers at the trade counter byidentifying their requirements and providing productrecommendations.
• Dealingwith customer enquiries via phone & email promptly andcourteously, with a proactiveattitude.
• Keepingup to date with technical product information and latest products.
• Generalwarehouse duties including picking & packing customer orders,unpacking and putting away deliveries and ensuring high standardsare maintained in thebranch.

Andhere's what we'd like you tohave:

• Merchantexperience is desirable but not essential, as training can beprovided
• Strong experiencein retail sales and customer service experience would beadvantageous
• A strong workethic eager to learn and contribute in a small team environmentwith the flexibility to handle a diverse range of taskseffectively
• Excellentcommunication skills and confidence to engage withcustomers.

Thisis a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday toFriday between 07.30am - 5.00pm and Saturday mornings on a rotabasis 08.00am - 12.00noon.
