Broker Support Technician
Our client is an innovative, multi-faceted Lloyds accredited broker who specialise in open market & binding authorities arranged on behalf of clients across North America, and Australasia. They also hold delegated authority on in-house binders.
They are looking to recruit an experienced broker support technician to join a vibrant, team orientated environment.
The role will incorporate a diverse range of duties supporting the placement and servicing of binders, Open Market. Lineslips and in-house binder business for property & casualty lines.
Because the role requires a multitude of skills and broad technical expertise our client has the capacity to train to develop any gaps in knowledge. Below is a summary of duties but candidates would not need to have experience in all areas. The essential requirement is that you can show work experience within a Lloyds broking technical support role and perform some of the tasks listed.
Some examples of duties would include- Premium Bordereaux processing
- Premium Bordereaux submissions to Xchanging
- Processing and registering binders on Lineage - Canadian business
- Use of Placing Platform Limited (PPL), and DCOM
- Production of slips and endorsements
- Production of invoices
- Submission of Open Market Slips and endorsements to Xchanging for signing.
- Production of Open Market slips declared off of a lineslip, and the production of Accounting Transactions and Debit/Credit Notes.
- Monthly bordereaux production.

What is on offer- Salary £35,000 to £60,000
