Senior Recruitment Consultant

Package: up to £32K (DOE) + Uncapped Commission Structure (up to 30%)

What you need:

• Minimum 12 months experience as a 360 consultant
• Ability to showcase BD wins
• Understanding of recruitment processes

What your responsibilities look like:

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates and clients over the phone
• Developing and maintaining key relationships with candidates and clients
• Arranging interviews, managing the offer process, gaining leads and taking references
• Delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience
• Advertising job roles and requirements through the use of Social Media and the best technology to build your network
• Managing multiple job opportunities for your clients
