Page Group are working with a fantastic business based in South / East Leeds who are looking for a new Customer Service Team Leader to join them.
This role will join a productive and high performing team and offers long term progression opportunities
Job Description- Day to day leadership and management of 6 Customer Service Coordinators
- Ensure the team are provided with support, guidance and clear leadership
- Conduct regular training, development and 1-2-1's with the team to aid growth and personal development
- Manage and analyse performance across KPI'S & SLA's taking action where and if needed to manage potential issues
- Provide front line HR support to the team
- Identity opportunities for improvement around process, procedures and systems to put forward recommendations that will improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Provide support to Head of Customer Service on delivery of initiatives, embedding process and procedures and supporting with the business strategy
- Experience at Team Leader Level or above is a Customer Service or Contact Centre environment
- Strong focus on managing, supporting and developing others
- Ability to create a positive customer centric culture
- Focused on driving customer satisfaction
- Leeds based - Outskirts - Great links to M1 & M62
- Salary of £35,000 - £38,000 depending on experience
- 8-30am to 5-00pm Monday to Friday
