Commis Chef at Brigg & Stow, Bristol Airport
Pay Rate: £12.24 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to £13.44 per hour!
Shift Pattern: Scheduled between 3 am and 11 am, including weekends.- Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
- Due to some responsibilities within the Commis Chef role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

AS A COMMIS CHEF YOU'LL BE:
- Helping with deliveries.
- Preparing meats and vegetables.
- Assisting fellow chefs.
- Assisting in stock rotation.
- Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
- Effective time management for preparation and food service.
- Precise measurement of dish ingredients and portion sizes.
- Executing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties as directed by the Kitchen Manager.
- Confidently cooking completed dishes from the menu.
