DWF LLP is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Associate/Senior to join our expanding Commercial Real Estate team. The successful candidate will be based in either our Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Leeds, Newcastle or Belfast offices with the option of Hybrid working arrangement.
The wider Real Estate practice at DWF is highly regarded by the independent directories Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 and is regarded by market commentators as one of the leading practices in the UK market in recent years. Our Real Estate Practice Group deal with all aspects of real estate legal issues, including high-value acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, development and funding matters relating to all kinds of real estate investments.We act for occupiers, developers, funders and professionals across different sectors. We also work with landlords and tenants within the institutional, telecoms, corporate, retail and public sectors.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities- You will be joining a friendly supportive team dedicated to excellent client service with a focus on culture.
- This is a fast-paced role, and the successful candidate will have exposure to clients on a regular basis.
- The successful candidate will primarily be working for household global brands on their real estate portfolio. Some of the team's clients include one of the world's leading sports brands, the UK's favourite coffee brand and one of the UK's largest supermarkets.
- The team has national first-class credibility in acting for institutional corporate occupier clients and includes partners who are rated as "Leading Individuals" in Legal 500. The work will be varied, rewarding and interesting.
What will help you succeed in this role?:
Essential- Exposure to clients on a regular basis
- Relevant commercial real estate experience
- Ability to demonstrate technical and commercial expertise and deliver results
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and under their own initiative
- Solid Drafting skills are required
