Nursery Manager
A nurturing nursery in Hackney is seeking an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our dedicated team. If you're passionate about early childhood education and have leadership experience in a nursery setting, we'd love to hear from you.
Full-Time / Part-Time
The successful applicant will:- Deliver high standards of learning, development, and care for children aged 0-5 years.
- Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery.
- Supervise and appraise nursery staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Ensure the nursery is a safe environment for children, staff, and others.
- Develop partnerships with parents/carers to involve them in their child's development.
- Work alongside our SENCO and Therapy team to meet all children's needs.

Applicants will be required to provide satisfactory references and have an up-to-date DBS or be willing to apply for one through Protocol Education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
