Wise May are looking for a proactive Accounts Assistant to join a leading event venue provider based in the City. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team who bring high profile events and conferences to life.This is a part time, office based role, working 3 days per week, 9am-5.30pm. Accounts Assistant duties and responsibilities: Posting invoices.Sales and Purchase Ledger.Reconciliation.Posting Journals.Accruals.Cash flow forecasting.Producing the accounting pack for the management team.Processing Director expenses. Accounts Assistant key skills and experience required: Experience of working through the full accounting lifecycle.Demonstrable knowledge of accruals, pre-payments and journaling.Logical mindset, with a high attention to detail.Team orientated individual, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
