As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll play a key part in keeping our pharmacy warehouse running smoothly. Your main duties will include receiving and checking stock, organising and storing materials, preparing packaging, and ensuring deliveries are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
You’ll also support stock control, keep records up to date, and make sure the warehouse remains clean, safe and compliant at all times.
This is a hands-on, multi-functional role responsible for keeping materials and orders flowing, supporting dispensing under supervision, and maintaining inspection-ready standards at all times.

Superintendent Pharmacist & Responsible Pharmacist (daily supervision)
What You’ll Bring (Essential)- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, healthcare operations or similar
- High attention to detail (counts, batch numbers, labels, expiry dates)
- Basic IT skills (email, spreadsheets, stock systems, label printing)
- Reliable, organised and safety-focused
- Good timekeeping and willingness to learn
- Experience in pharmacy, dispensing or healthcare environment
- Exposure to GMP/GDP or regulated environments
- Interest in compounding or pharmaceutical production
- Warehouse & Goods-In
- Receive, check, and store deliveries per SOPs, reporting any non-conforming stock.
- Maintain supplier documentation.
- Inventory & Stock Control
- Maintain accurate inventory records, support stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and assist with stock counts and discrepancy investigations.
- Dispensing Support (Under Pharmacist Supervision)
- Assist with labelling, packaging, and final order preparation, ensuring correct product details and escalating discrepancies promptly.
- Picking, Packing & Dispatch
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch efficiently, ensuring packaging meets quality and safety standards.
- Returns, Waste & Housekeeping
- Log returns, quarantine items, prepare waste for licensed disposal, and maintain cleanliness in warehouse and production areas.
- Quality, Compliance & Records
- Maintain accurate records, follow SOPs and GMP/GDP principles, report errors or safety concerns, and support an inspection-ready environment.
- Teamwork & Flexibility
- Work across warehouse, dispensing, and production; support team priorities in a fast-paced environment; and communicate effectively with pharmacists and operations teams.
