[ref. e78570100] Warehouse Operative/ Sales Support

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, with a 45-minute lunch break.

Warehouse Duties:

• Receive goods into the factory, checking the state of delivery, quantities, and product conformity.
• Store goods appropriately to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Pick and pack orders with accuracy and care, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Despatch orders on time to meet customer expectations.
• Organise logistics and coordinate with carriers to streamline processes.
• Assist in loading and unloading vehicles as needed.
• Keep the warehouse clean and tidy, promoting a safe working environment.

Sales Office Duties:

• Process customer orders received via phone, email, or our website promptly.
• Handle customer enquiries and quotations with professionalism.
• Provide support to the field sales team to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and telephone skills.
• Reliability and trustworthiness are essential.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• A can-do attitude with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.

Desirable:

• Experience using Sage and Microsoft Outlook is a plus!
