Receptionist - Weekends

Thamesfield Retirement Village, based in Henley-on-Thames is looking for a Receptionist to work 9am - 3pm on Saturday & Sunday each week.
As a Receptionist at Thamesfield Village, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, their families, and visitors. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring everyone feels welcome, valued, and supported.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting visitors and residents with a warm smile and friendly demeanour
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members
- Providing assistance and information to residents and their families
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as managing schedules and appointments
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
What We're Looking For:
- A warm and welcoming personality with a genuine passion for helping others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus
- Empathy, patience, and a dedication to making a difference in the lives of seniors
