Lorax EPI are looking to recruit a Client Facing Data Analyst to their growing team. Working at the forefront of our Client Delivery Team, you will be responsible for providing time-critical data driven reports using our in-house software platform, ENVI™.

Alongside your day-to-day data analytics, you will be interacting with a large portfolio of high-profile companies providing excellent customer service.

To be considered for this role, you need at least 2-3 years of experience within a client facing or data analyst role such as Account Management or Data Analyst.

In this role, you will be:
  • Building & maintaining strong customer relationships with a portfolio of customers. Hosting online meetings with various stakeholders to review progress of their compliance commitments.
  • Gather data from customers, ensuring its accuracy and relevance. Perform statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Load data into our in-house software platform, generating reports to tight deadlines.
  • Clearly communicate data insights and recommendations to customers through presentations, reports and meetings.
  • Provide solutions-based support to customers data needs.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider Client Delivery team
  • Contributing to revenue growth by upselling/uplifting customer contracts
  • Work towards weekly KPI’s and monthly targets; both individually and as a team

o Preliminary telephone interviews will begin immediately w/c 23rd September.
o Selection Process including final interviews will follow.
o Job offers will be made no later than October 2024.
