Contract type: Permanent, full-timeHours: 42.5hours per week, Monday to Friday 07.30 - 16.30
Location: Midlands preferred; however other locations will be considered (overnight stays will be required)
Travel across the UK will be required for this role (overnight stays)
OutThere RPO are recruiting for one of our clients based nationally who specialise in supplying, servicing and maintaining doorways. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Manager.
What will I be doing as an Engineering Manager?
You will be responsible for developing and managing a direct and sub-contract engineer base. You will manage the overall supervision of their work to ensure high standards of quality and a positive contribution to customer satisfaction and profitability.
You will be responsible for ensuring HSQE and Technical compliance for Level 1 Projects, Service and Repair jobs.

- Engineering & Technical Supervision
- Project Management Assistance
- Management of tools, fleet and equipment
- Work with staff and other departments ensuring continuous improvement
- Work with development team to develop the company strategy and set targets and objectives to team
- Industrial knowledge technical knowledge
- Relevant qualifications
- Experience in an engineering position
- Management experience including setting tasks, developing individuals a natural ability to motivate
