Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Camberley. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and dynamic education environment where your contribution plays a key role in supporting students and helping maintain the flow of learning in the absence of regular teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising students during lessons and ensuring they remain on task with the work set.
- Managing classroom behavior in line with school policies.
- Ensuring that students follow instructions and complete assigned work.
- Providing support to students who need assistance or guidance.
- Reporting any issues or concerns to the school leadership team.
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Previous experience working with young people or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
- A proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude.
- An understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures (Training can be provided).
- Competitive daily rates of £110 - £130.
