Job Description
  • Manage and maintain the organisation's housing stock.
  • Liaise with tenants to resolve any issues related to their properties.
  • Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure properties are kept in good condition.
  • Coordinate with social services when necessary to support tenants.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and generate reports.
  • Assist in the development of housing policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant housing laws and regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the property department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Housing Officer should have:
