Job Description- Design and implement comprehensive demand generation marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities.
- Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
- Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
- Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launch of new product lines etc.
- Monitor progress and submit performance reports.
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements.
- Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.
- Become the organization's agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Marketing Acquisition Manager should have:
- A degree in marketing or a related field.
- Strong proven track record of driving demand generation campaigns and producing high quality results/leads to be presented to stakeholders
- Strong understanding of market research methods and analysis.
- Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Outstanding leadership and organisational abilities.
- Comfortable travelling nationally once a month to business/partner sites
