Night Care Worker

We’re on the lookout for a compassionate and reliable Night Care Worker to join our team three nights a week and provide a reassuring presence for our residents while ensuring their needs are met with dignity and warmth.
What You’ll Be Doing: Be the Night Owl with a Heart You’ll be on hand to support our residents with personal care, companionship, and reassurance, ensuring they feel safe and comfortable through the night. Care with Confidence Help monitor care plans, assist with mobility, and provide emotional and practical support, all while maintaining a homely and respectful environment.First Responder You’ll answer call bells, support residents as needed, and keep detailed records to ensure seamless care between shifts. Keep Things Cosy A little housekeeping here and there to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Team Player Energy You’ll be working alongside a fantastic team who support each other like family. Willingness to Learn If you don’t have an SVQ 3 in Social Care yet, don’t worry!We’ll help you work towards it.
