An opportunity has arisen to join the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) team in Lincoln at The Horizon Centre.

CAMHS sits within the Specialist Services Division of the Trust and is delivered from four community-based hubs and attached satellite clinics. We offer staff regular management supervision, an annual appraisal and other support will be provided, including additional training to support this role if required.

You will support in providing a high standard, comprehensive, professional, and confidential administration service to deliver high quality patient centred care.

The main responsibilities of the role will be supporting the Core CAMHS admin team and covering our busy reception area.

Previous Administrative / reception experience is essential.

The post is 22.5 hours per week to be worked over 3 days on a Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. Flexible working is also required around sickness and holiday. Also, in times of need, cover may also be required at our bases across the county or to help support with the team’s late night opening until 20:00 on a Wednesday.

Main duties of the job

Main responsibilities include typing of letters and reports, helping with processing referrals coming into the service, inputting, and checking data on our clinical system (RiO), answering emails, scanning, photocopying and any other administrative duties.

It is also important that you are an organised efficient team player who uses initiative and is able to prioritise workload under supervision. Being able to work under pressure to face the unique challenges of working in a Mental Health Service is really important.
