Mechanical Technician

Hours of Work: Monday-Thursday, 44 hours per week. Friday/Saturday/Sunday working may be required on an ad hoc voluntary basis

• Undertake activities in line with training, best practice and company standards
• Involved in the planning and preparation of work
• Carry out work in a safe manner with the relevant SSOW, utilising company best practice
• Carry out risk assessments and safety observations
• Comply with company/customer procedures, rules and instructions
• Undertake work in line with the technical and quality requirements of SSOW
• Report any defects, damage, safety hazards and general issues to the relevant personnel

• CSCS card or CCNSG Safety Passport
• Plant installation or mechanical construction experience
• Comfortable working to SSOW
• Highly regulated industry experience
• Good knowledge of mechanical installation and/or minor civil works

UK National Security Vetting Status: BPSS clearance
