Interim Senior Accounts Payable Officer - Wolverhampton

Robertson Bell are partnering with this Not-for-Profit organisation to recruit an Interim Senior Accounts Payable Officer on an initial six-month contract, which has room for extension. This organisation operates on a flexible hybrid working pattern, asking for two days to be spent in their West Midlands office.

The Interim Senior Accounts Payable Officer’s key responsibilities will include:

• Processing purchase orders and invoices.
• Handling cash card administration.
• Reconciling the bank accounts and supplier statements.
• Supporting financial reporting, identifying performance insights.
• The opportunity to assist with a system update, contributing to process improvements.

This would be a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer who Is looking to make a real impact while advancing your finance career!

The successful Interim Senior Accounts Payable Officer will have:

• Recently worked in a similar role – with broad accounting experience, specialising in Accounts Payable.
• Ideally worked in a small to medium sized finance team.
• Experience using numerous ERP systems and Excel (VLOOKUPs, formulas and pivot tables).
• Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
