Senior Programme Support Officer

Responsibilities Act as a contact for programme related queries, ensuring they are dealt with in an appropriate and professional manner. Supervision of the day to day work of the Programme Support Officer in all aspects of the programme infrastructure.
Provide day to day support across the programme portfolio to enable the work to be delivered on time. Provide a full range of administrative support to Chairs of a number of NHS Executive Peer Groups with the organisation and co-ordination of meetings to ensure effective and efficient administration.
Provide assistance in meetings, including taking minutes, agenda preparation, and the coordinating supporting documentation. Draft overview papers as required by Peer Group Chairs. Collate evidence as required to support research and documentation.

Undertake regular updating and maintenance of records as well as distribution lists Responsible for enabling work to be delivered to agreed deadlines and highlighting to the Engagement Manager any challenges to delivery in a timely manner.
