our next Senior Human Resources Advisor.
As a Senior HR Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Site HRBP to deliver the site HR strategy and drive key siteprojects. This is your chance to be at the heart of our site people strategy, ensuring that our people are engaged, developed, and
empowered to achieve their best.
What you will be doing:
- Strategic Support: Assist the site HRBP in delivering the site HR strategy, including involvement in site projects that shape
- Talent Management: Lead the delivery of the talent review cycle, supporting site with talent mapping, succession planning, and
- Training & Development: Deliver workshops and training sessions to equip colleagues with the tools they need, ensuring they’re
- Employee Engagement: Play a key role in engagement activities on site and analyse our employment engagement survey results,
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyse HR data and KPIs to identify trends and risk areas, presenting your findings to senior leadership
- Policy Review: Ensure our site policies are future-ready, identifying any compliance gaps and updating or writing policies as
- Cultural Ambassador: Drive our cultural agenda, embedding our company values across the site and spearheading new initiatives
- Employee Relations: Manage day-to-day Employee Relations (ER) cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance
- Absence Management: Oversee absence management processes, ensuring managers and colleagues are supported every step of the way.
- Consultation Management: Lead consultation processes, including changes of terms, redundancy etc, providing expert guidance and
- Team Coaching: Mentor and guide the HR team, enhancing their HR knowledge and fostering their professional development.
Who we’re looking for:
- Qualifications: Degree or Equivalent and/or CIPD certification (Level 5 minimum) required.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in HR advisory roles, ideally within a fast-paced multi location large FMCG environment.
- Legal Expertise: Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Proactive Attitude: A collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
