£37000 pro-rata +10 % Bonus, company car with fuel card or car allowance, private healthcare and more

As Regional Manager you will work closely with your team of Retail Sales Advisors, Territory Managers covering the South England region. Your team will work within a major Grocery retailer boosting product visibility and direct selling the brand products to customers.Field based on a daily basis, you will be a natural people manager, supporting and coaching your team on daily basis, during regular field visits, to reach their full potential. We help brands sell more and you will ideally have experience of managing a field based sales team.
You will have experience delivering stretching targets and love working within a fast paced and varied role.
Experience working within or closely with Big 4 retailers (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, or Morrisons) is highly desirable.

Please note this role requires a UK driving licence with no more than 6 points or previous bans. All offers will be subject to successful completion of a DVLA licence check. This is a field-based role which will involve regular daily travel, sometimes driving distance.You will also be manual handling/heavy lifting as you will be carrying stock. Overnight stays may be required on occasion.
