Purchasing Administrator

This role is 26-28 hours per week maximum.

Your new role

You will play a pivotal administrative part in the purchasing team, you will
  • Support with PO system and processing of information through the systems, control and track anomalies
  • You will follow input procedures and support the queries in the team.
  • You will support the requests from the finance team regarding updates to expenditure reports.
  • You will support with invoicing when required
  • You will support them with data analysis to produce reports.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Ideally educated to GCSE level and above
  • Analytical administrative experience
  • Ideally, I have experience of working with SAP.
  • Proven experience of working in a detailed, focused way and having the ability to prioritise work to meet varying deadlines
  • Ability to interact with other teams and departments
