This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and widely recognised Clinical Negligence team and work alongside a team of market leading Clinical Negligence lawyers.As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of high value Clinical Negligence matters from inception to completion with the support of a friendly team. The successful candidate must have previous experience of handling such claims.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring cases are progressed in a timely and efficient mannerLiaising with clients, experts, barristers and third-party solicitors as necessary
Dealing with all aspects of pre and post issue procedures
Pursuing cases to conclusion
