Job Description
The key responsibilities for the HR Advisor role are:
- Support people managers with recruitment, on boarding, and retention initiatives
- Conduct meetings with new starters and leavers to ensure smooth transitions
- Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide data insights and reporting
- Contribute to well being, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Assist with employee relations matters such as absence management and performance improvement
- Ensure HR processes, checklists, and policies are up to date and effectively implemented
- Support monthly payroll processes
- Take part in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Opportunity to develop into coaching, data analysis, and complex ER casework
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the HR Advisor role is someone with following:
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor role
- Solid understanding of current employment legislation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Recruitment experience is essential
- CIPD qualification is desirable
- Detail-oriented and proactive with excellent time management
- Discreet and professional when handling confidential matters
- Thrives in a collaborative, inclusive, and improvement-driven culture
