Support Team Leader
Role Introduction:
This dynamic and challenging role involves the leadership of one of our Payroll Support Teams. As a Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for your team providing excellent product support to our customers. You will leverage your deep understanding of UK payroll regulations and your strong technical IT skills to support our payroll software users.
What You Will Do:
- Leading a team of skilled Payroll support consultants to deliver excellent customer service
- Identifying key trends and potential anomalies to improve performance
- An escalation point for clients and stakeholders
- Regularly reviewing team performance to ensure adherence to SLAs
- Managing the day-to-day running of the service desk
- Reporting data to the Support Team Manager on a weekly basis
- Provide advanced support for payroll software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems related to UK payroll.
- Handle escalated cases within the SaaS service desk, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
What You Will Have:
- Experience with handling complaints and communicating with challenging people.
- Exceptional ITService Management skills
- Working knowledge of Windows Infrastructure and Networking
- Understanding of UK payroll regulations and strong technical IT skills
- Excellent written and spoken English, confident telephone manner and well- rounded interpersonal skills
