Requirements The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements: GCSE level or equivalent Fluent in written and spoken English Extensive experience with internal and external grinding machines Cylindrical and surface grinding experience CNC grinding knowledge preferred Aerospace background preferred but not essential Self-motivated with strong analytical skills Effective communicator at all levels Good planning, organisation, and admin skills; PC literate Works well under pressure and makes sound decisions Eager to learn and share knowledge Strong team player focused on continuous improvement Working Conditions Flexible with hours, including occasional weekend overtime Exposure to greases, oils, and manual handling Use of hand/power tools, overhead cranes, and complex machinery Please apply only if you hold a valid, unrestricted UK work permit.
