Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement retail strategies to drive sales and increase market share.
• Lead and mentor a dedicated sales team while ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure top-notch customer service by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee merchandising efforts to boost sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to execute promotional campaigns that attract new customers.

• Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Strong understanding of retail sales management and customer relationship management.
• Excellent leadership skills with a passion for motivating and developing staff.
• Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to delivering high standards of customer service.
• Full UK driving license is essential.
