Due to continued growth of their Pensions Administration business, our client are looking to hire a Pensions Administration Manager for their Reading office on a full-time and permanent basis.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Pensions Administration Manager to join a dynamic team with flexible hybrid working options available. In this exciting role, you will:
- Ensure high-quality pension administration and consulting services
- Participate in strategic business changes
- Oversee the day-to-day management of client's relationships with trustees and corporate clients
- Provide expert support on pension enquires
- Train and support team members, help support with professional development
- Manage all aspects of administration billing.
Key skills and experience required:
- Significant working experience of Defined Benefits pension schemes.
- Expert knowledge of Pension Administration activities and legislation.
- Current supervisory / leadership management experience.
- Project Management experience.
