Job Description- Partner with senior stakeholders to assess trends and provide strategic insights.
- Lead on operational business performance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Deliver financial models and forecasts to support long-term business goals.
- Create board-level reports to inform leadership decision-making.
- Conduct detailed operational and financial analysis to improve efficiencies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to influence business strategies and outcomes.
- Develop key metrics and benchmarks to assess organisational performance.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and data-driven projects.
The Successful Applicant
The successful FP&A Analyst will be part or nearly qualified in ACA, ACCA or CIMA and demonstrate:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Competitive Salary: £43,000 - £50,000 + 10% bonus.
- Hybrid working model: 2-3 days in the office + Occasional travel to London (expensed).
