Scale Point 4A 1 £25,119 at L2 (pro rata) £18,745 (actual) (Pay award pending)
32 hours per week, term time only + training days

Due to our expanding Enhanced Resource Provision for students on the autistic spectrum, we require a Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs. Experience of working with students with Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, and/or, physical disabilities is preferred, however TMWS would consider an apprenticeship for any candidates without qualifications who have an enthusiasm to support young people and undertake any necessary training.
As a school with a large number of students with additional needs we can offer opportunities for CPD and career progression at all levels within our dedicated team of teaching assistants.
