Job Details:
- Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist (Band 7/8a)
- Location: Worcester (NHS Hospital) - NHS Hospital
- Duration: 6 months
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time hours
- Start Date: March 2025
- End Date: September 2025
- Rate of Pay: £28 - £37 per hour (via umbrella), dependent on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in providing expert pharmaceutical care within a large acute NHS Trust. In this role, you will:
- Cover a range of medical and surgical wards
- Provide inpatient dispensary cover when required
- Deliver expert clinical interventions to optimise patient outcomes
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current and valid GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
- Previous NHS hospital pharmacy experience (essential)
- Strong clinical knowledge in acute care settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This locum contract role offers full-time working hours, Monday to Friday, for an initial 6-month period, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs. Free parking is available on-site.
