As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven and personable Executive Assistant to join our talented team and support our ongoing success.

____

The Role.

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.

We are looking for an exceptionally organised, creative and proactive individual who will play a leading role in shaping the content, storytelling and guest experience behind one of the superyacht industry's most exciting events.

At the heart of this position is the Dominican Republic Superyacht Rendezvous. The majority of your time will be dedicated to creating, managing and delivering content across all event platforms, ensuring the event website, editorial features, partner communications and marketing materials consistently reflect the vision and prestige of the event.

You will be responsible for all editorial aspects of the Rendezvous, from writing destination guides and experience features to managing website updates, partner announcements and event communications. Alongside this, you will support the planning and execution of the event itself, helping curate unique guest experiences, evening celebrations and activations that bring the Rendezvous to life.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative storytelling and hands-on event execution, with the ability to move seamlessly between content creation, project management and executive support.

Content & Editorial Leadership
  • Take ownership of all written and editorial content for the Dominican Republic Superyacht Rendezvous
  • Manage and maintain the event website, ensuring all information remains accurate, engaging and up to date
  • Write and edit destination features, experience highlights, partner profiles, event announcements and marketing materials

  • Assist in curating guest experiences, excursions and evening events
  • Help coordinate event logistics, schedules and guest communications
  • Work closely with sponsors and partners to ensure seamless integration into the event programme
  • Support on-site event delivery and guest experience management
Executive Support
  • Act as a trusted support to the Director across key projects and priorities
  • Attend meetings where required, taking notes and tracking follow-up actions
  • Assist with project coordination and stakeholder communications
Requirements
  • Available to start immediately
  • Must be based in London
