This highly respected City firm with an excellent reputation in the property sector is looking to join its London team with an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor.

The Team:

The team acts for a large number of landlords in both the private and public sector dealing with property disputes and advising on property related matters.

Your Role:

You will be dealing with a variety of property litigation matters including injunctions, possession claims, disrepair, service charge disputes and tribunal claims. You will also provide non-contentious advice on matters such as changes in legislation.

About You:

You will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1+ years PQE in property litigation, ideally including acting for clients both in the public and private sector.

You will be able to run your own case load and assist partners in their high value and complex cases.
