The Role: We are seeking a passionate anddedicated Maths Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspirestudents to appreciate the beauty and importance of mathematics, helping themdevelop strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective math lessons that cater to a range of abilities and learning styles.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that promotes a deep understanding of mathematical concepts and applications.
- Encourage students to think critically and solve problems with confidence.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting challenging goals.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for mathematics.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the math curriculum and share best practices.
- Engage with students, parents, and the wider school community to support student learning and development.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching qualification and experience in a secondary school setting.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest educational trends and technologies.
- Experience teaching A-Level maths
