**About the Role**

in ensuring 100% electrical compliance for all Paradigm properties. Your

responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), installations, servicing, repairs, and rewires of domestic properties.
• Performing annual emergency lighting tests and other duties as required by the business.
• Delivering a ‘first-time fix’ service, ensuring minimal disruption for our residents and providing outstanding customer care.

**What We’re Looking For**

a background in electrical work and are committed to safety and excellence.

Key qualifications include:

• Extensive experience in domestic installations, periodic inspections, fault finding, servicing, repairs, and rewires.
• Relevant certifications: City and Guilds 2365 Level 2 and 3 (or equivalent), and 17th or 18th Edition qualification.
• A strong understanding of relevant legislation, including construction, building regulations, and health and safety.
• Effective communication skills to interact with residents and colleagues.
• A full, valid driving licence.
