My client are an an employee-owned Investment Management firm headquartered in London. They specialise in equity and fixed income asset classes, boasting a value-oriented and defensive approach. Growth sees them recruiting for a Support Analyst to join their London team located in the City of London

The Role:

This role, part of a team of 5 within the larger IT team, requires ambition, curiosity, and hard work. Reporting to the Technology Support & Infrastructure Manager, the team is dedicated to providing a world-class service to users.

As a Technical Support Analyst you will be a crucial part of the Technology Support & Infrastructure team. Your responsibilities include ensuring the continuous operation and protection of desktop, infrastructure and cybersecurity components, responding to user and IT staff queries, and providing VIP technical support to the user across the business.

You will also take the lead on deploying Windows 11 across the workforce.

Your Profile:

The ideal candidate will have a degree and will have continued their learning and development in the IT space. You should be experienced in providing 1st to 3rd line support, have been involved in projects and will have had experience in a windows 11 implementation.

You will be ambitious, self-motivated, possess strong communication skills and have a passion for excellent customer service as you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of technology infrastructure, contributing to the success of my clients mission.

This role will require you to be in the office 4-5 days a week

Salary and Benefits:

  • £60,000 - £65,000
  • Discretionary bonus based on personal and company performance.
  • 15% Company Pension contribution with the option for Additional Voluntary Contributions.
  • 25 days leave.
