A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Aria Care as a Regional Director covering South/South West Region.

The Role

Proven experience within the sector in a similar role, you will be a strong leader that exudes empathy, compassion and dedicated to ensuring person-centred care is given to each and every person we care for.

As part of the Senior Management team and reporting to the Operations Director, this role carries delegated authority and accountability for the support/care, financial and operational performance of all communities provided within a designated region.

You will be responsible for overseeing the operational management and performance of a portfolio of communities and will provide strong leadership to drive Aria Care’s three key pillars; People, Quality and Performance.
