Leading software business, headquartered in the UK but with a global footprint, are looking to hire a Contracts Manager on a 12 month contract to cover a period of maternity leave. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week required at the offices in Central London.
Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts for the company’s clients. The client base is predominantly public sector institutions. Your role will involve engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, to advise on risk mitigation and strategy.
You don’t necessarily have to be a qualified solicitor, but you must have a background in commercial contract negotiation. It is also critical that you have worked on public procurement contracts and dealt with central government departments as a client, but this experience must have been gained within the private sector.
