Salary: £24,000 to £27,000Location: Edgbaston
Bell Cornwall Recruitment currently have a unique and exciting opportunity for a Front of House Team Leader to join a high end club based in Edgbaston. This is a great opportunity to join a vibrant front of house team and we are looking for an individual who thrives on offering excellent service.
Please note, this role will require flexibility with shift patterns / weekend work
Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting visitors / members in a warm and professional manner
- Lead and manage the Welcome Desk Team
- Admin related tasks such as rotas, managing sickness and absence and being the first port of call for any issues
- Oversee all of the day to day operations of the front desk - enquires,, sales, membership queries etc
- Answering telephone calls
- Dealing with member's queries
- Accurately keep CRM systems up to date
- Ensure all H&S procedures are followed
Ideal Candidate:
- Exceptional client service skills
- Team leader skills would be ideal within Hospitality, Health Clubs etc.
- Friendly, professional and enthusiastic
- Flexibility with working shifts / weekends
- Must be a driver due to location
