We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work in one of our KS2 classrooms 5 mornings per week. Ideally, we would like someone with experience of working with pupils in KS2 but this is not essential. We would also be looking for the successful candidate to take on midday supervisor hours every week.

TA (Teaching Assistant) hours are daily 8.30am – 12.00 pm, then MDS (Midday Supervisor) duty of 60 minutes, finishing at 1.00pm.

Closing date for applications is noon on Friday 4th October. Interviews for successful candidates will be take place on Tuesday 8th October. Applicants who are not notified by end of day on Monday 7th October should assume that they have not been short-listed.

The TA role will be on Surrey Grade S3, FTE £23,576. (Pro-rata actual salary for the morning hours cited above £9,452 - £9,622 dependent on length of service).

The Midday Supervisor role will be on Surrey Grade S1/2, £22,599 FTE (pro-rata actual salary for hour cited above £2,588 – £2,635 dependent on length of service).Hours are worked during term-time only; pro-rated salary is paid over 52 weeks to ensure consistent monthly wages.
